TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By ordering from our site, you accept the following terms and conditions.

PAYMENT
By PayPal:
You DONT need a PayPal account to shop at our webshop, but you need an e-mail address and a valid credit card. You can choose to pay with your PayPal account or with a creditcard through PayPal.
We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card.
When you have placed an order in our web shop, we don’t debit your account until your goods are shipped from Purple ID. When your order is shipped you will recieve an email with your invoice. 
We don’t charge any fees for credit card payments. 

By MobilePay, Swipp and Bank Transfer:
When you choose to pay using one of the above options, you will receive an email with an invoice regarding your order. You can then choose to pay your invoice by Bank transfer, MobilePay or Swipp. After we receive your payment we will ship your order.

We accept payment with Anyday. The first installment is deducted when the item is dispatched. You then pay a monthly installment on the last weekday the next three months. The size of your installment depends on your order total and payment plan. If you pay all installments on time, there is zero interest and fees. All prices stated in www.purple-id.dk  are in DKK (Danish Kroners) and include 25 % Danish VAT.

DELIVERY AND FREIGHT
Our goal is to deliver within 2-3 weekdays in Denmark and within 3-7 weekdays in Europe unless otherwise stated. The delivery period may sometimes be longer, e.g. during the holiday season or if our suppliers fail to deliver to us. Unfortunately we can not guarantee, that all our products available at the purple ID web shop, are in stock at the time of your order.

We use Post Denmark as our mailing service. If you are not at home to recieve the parcel, Post Denmark will issue a form, that will tell you when to pick up your parcel at your local post office.

During the checkout process a freight fee will be added - when using PayPal Express freight will be added after you have added your credit card and delivery information!

The freight fee within Denmark (except the Faroe Islands and Greenland) is:

Package without delivery: 0 kg   –  10 kg:     39 DKK.
Package with delivery:      0 kg   –  10 kg:     59 DKK
 
Package without delivery: 10 kg –  20 kg:     75 DKK.
Package with delivery:      10 kg –  20 kg:     99 DKK. 

International freight:
Package with delivery;       0 kg  -   10 kg:     from 149 DKK. (20 EURO)
Package with delivery;       10 kg  - 20 kg:     from 260 DKK. (35 EURO)

RETURNS POLICY
We offer a two-week right of return, provided that the article is unused, appears in essentially the same condition as when received and is still in the original, unopened packing. You must pay the cost of returns which will be deducted from the return amount. When returning an article, you must enclose a copy of your invoice. The payment will be transferred to your account when we have received the returned article and ascertained that it observes our conditions for returned articles.

DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCTS
You have 2 years claim privilege on products bought from Purple ID. If you by mistake receive a wrong product according to your order or if your goods have been damaged, then contact us within reasonable time after noticing the mistake. Contacting us within 2 months from receipt of the goods is accepted as a reasonable time. Contact us by phone (+45) 24 83 01 83 or by e-mail info@purple-id.dk. You can use your claim privilege by returning the good to us with the error clearly stated. We will of course pay the shipping charges if you have to return wrong or damaged goods. We reserve the right to set the error right with an undamaged product instead of paying the purchase price back.

SECURITY
Any data exchange between you and our payment system is carried out in an SSL- encrypted (Secure Socket Layer) connection. In this way your data are protected. Neither Purple ID nor others, besides PayPal, have any possibility of reading debit card data which have been exchanged in connection with a purchase.  
Purple ID always treats your data confidentially and will not pass them on to any third party.
